Frances is a children's book writer and occupational therapist for children. She grew up on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where she gathered her most treasured memories. These memories enrich and inspire her writing. Today, Frances lives in Boulder, CO, with her husband, where she continues to add new memories to her treasure chest.
